Refund policy

Medical products, including Medical Foods such as UreaPro have strict return policies.  Similar to purchasing a prescription at a pharmacy, medical foods can't be returned once purchased.

We will exchange any damaged or defective UreaPro.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
